As a Church community, we're not trying to be "different" or "relevant". We're simply a group of people who genuinely want to connect with Jesus and each other and grow in our faith. As you look through our website or attend one of our gatherings, please know that there are a few things that are important to us.

WORSHIP IS IMPORTANT

At River City, worship is something we're passionate about. It's a powerful 

expression of our gratitude for who God is and what He has done! We believe that adults are spiritual influencers and parents are the spiritual leaders for our kids so we encourage generations worshipping together, families worshipping together and growing in a deeper expression of worship and faith as the body of Christ.

KIDS ARE A PRIORITY

If you have children... immediately following family worship, bring them to River City Kids! They will have a great time meeting new friends and discovering how amazing God truly is!

If you're looking for a church where you can be spoon fed or where you can just settle with being a Christian consumer you're in the wrong place! We believe that all Christ Followers should actively give, serve, and make disciples.

OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS JESUS

We live in a community, with thousands of people who either don't personally know Jesus Christ or who are not connected in a church community and actively growing in their faith. The question is, "What are we going to do about it?" We're not interested in being a Christian social club, rather, we want to be a community that's known to our neighbors and those within our spheres of influence for how we reflect the love of Jesus, to have a reputation for making our community a better place for us being here, and to see the love of Jesus move in powerful ways to expand the kingdom of God.
